Hyper Raptor GTX with Buk Ops X-Factor
The Hyper Raptor GTX™ combines advanced technology, compact handling, and hard-hitting performance in a lightweight hunting platform. Measuring just over seven inches axle-to-axle when cocked, its composite riser provides excellent maneuverability in tight cover. Pivoting limb pockets reduce front-end weight while creating a stronger, more stable shooting platform with less recoil and vibration.
Its compact, energy-efficient design launches small-diameter HyperFlite™ arrows at speeds up to 425 FPS with 152 ft-lbs of energy. The included 20-inch, .204-diameter HyperFlite™ arrows feature a precision ±.001-inch straightness tolerance and more than 15% front-of-center balance. This combination delivers over 25% deeper penetration than standard-diameter arrows. The Hyper Raptor GTX™ is also compatible with Barnett 20-inch HeadHunter™ arrows, sold separately.
Speed is matched by advanced accuracy technology. Barnett’s Halo System eliminates cable crossing and reduces cam lean to create balanced string travel and consistent arrow flight. The Soft Lok™ Floating Bristle Arrow Retainer securely holds the arrow in place, while the CNC-machined aluminum flight track helps deliver repeatable performance shot after shot.
A metal-injected molded trigger equipped with TriggerTech™ Frictionless Release Technology provides a crisp, reliable 3-pound pull for greater control and improved accuracy. The Anti-Dry Fire system and integrated nock sensor help ensure the crossbow is loaded correctly before the shot. Rope Hold™ Roller Ball technology keeps the rope cocking device securely positioned while the hooks are attached to the string, making cocking easier and more consistent.
Hunter-focused ergonomics provide a comfortable, customizable fit. Finger-safety reminders are positioned above the pass-through foregrip, while the Verti-Grip palm rest offers a secure and natural hold. An adjustable length-of-pull buttstock and soft-touch TPE cheek rest help create proper scope alignment and a stable shooting position. Pre-installed string suppressors further reduce recoil, vibration, and noise.
The Hyper Raptor GTX™ is available with a choice of two premium BUK OPS™ optics: the Cycloptic-X PRIMETIME COLOR VISION™ Crossbow Scope or the X-Factor Laser Rangefinding Precision Reticle Scope. Both options include a protective neoprene Scope Armor cover and provide precise target acquisition across changing light conditions, from early twilight through full daylight.
